SHIFT SHEETS
paint-by-numbers shift organization
there's a million things you need to keep track of during a shift - med times, orders, appointments, charting done/to do, what their diet orders are (seriously, don't make the mistake of giving a pre-op NPO a tray), and so much more

use these sheets to help you keep track of it all - print it double-sided to use 1 paper for 2 shifts

Please note that these sheets have all been used in my practice & therefore are in line with my facilities policies/procedures. These are not a replacement for facility/unit checklists & some information may not be present or applicable.

Blank sheets can be customized to your facility/unit and copied for your own future use - I just ask that you please keep the water mark
